Who we are
In 1981 our family founded “Gott Bro’s Apple Orchard” in Colorado which we owned and operated until we decided to move to New Mexico in the Autumn of 2016. Our Family now owns a small farm in the fruitful Animas Creek Valley in Caballo NM where we grow healthy vegetables. We also source our fruit from growers in Colorado and California. Our goal is to bring you the freshest and best tasting fruit Colorado and California have to offer. We find fruit that is picked at the optimum ripeness. We don’t sell store produce. Store produce has been picked green so it can survive the 2 week distribution time it takes to get a product from the farms in CA to a store near you. We drive out to CA or CO on Monday morning and get the product that has been picked on Tuesday and bring it back to our fruit stands by Thursday morning.
